Kygo Health is an iOS and Android app that connects AI food logging to wearable data and shows how what you eat affects your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, energy, and recovery. It syncs Oura Ring, Apple Health, Health Connect, Fitbit, Garmin, and WHOOP.
How it works: 1) Connect a wearable and your history syncs automatically. 2) Log food by photo, voice, barcode, or plain text, in about 20 seconds per entry. 3) After about 7 days of data, Kygo surfaces statistical correlations between your nutrition and your biometrics, like "sleep latency increases 8 minutes with caffeine after 3 pm." Higher confidence patterns emerge around day 14.
Food logging, wearable syncing, and nutrition tracking are free. Premium, which unlocks the correlation engine, costs $9.99 per month or $39.99 per year with a 7 day free trial on the yearly plan. Kygo is a general wellness product, not a medical device.
Kygo does not sell your health data and does not use it for advertising. Wearable access uses the Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect permission models. The site also offers 19 free, study cited research tools at www.kygo.app/tools covering wearable accuracy, sleep, HRV, and supplements, with no signup required.
Get the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play: search "Kygo Nutrition + Wearables", or see the FAQ at www.kygo.app/faq for pricing, devices, and privacy details.
